1. Promotion Description: Win a Stay with Current/Elliott x Joshua Tree House begins February 14, 2023 and ends February 17, 2023

2. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is: Sunrise Brands LLC

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older

4. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $1000 gift card to Currentelliott.com and a 1-night stay at any JTH property. Disclaimer: The JTH stay date must be chosen within the next six months for up to one year from now or will be forfeited (holidays will apply as blackout dates).

5. How to Enter: Each participant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking @currentelliott post on February 14, 2023 (to be referred to as “specified CE post”) and tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified CE post OR by sliding on @thejoshuatreehouse instagram story on February 14, 2023. The participant must be following both @currentelliott and @thejoshuatreehouse on Instagram in order to qualify. Additional users tagged in specified CE post must also be following both accounts. One (1) additional entry can be made if the participant shares the specified CE post to their story.

6. Winner Selection: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The selection will occur within 48 hours of end of contest.

7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of random drawing.

8. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release before receiving their prize.
