CurrentElliott.com ships all orders as quickly as possible using UPS, but please note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to receive it on time.
Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air and 2 Day Air): Orders must be received before 12 PM EST to ship same day. If the order is received after 12 PM EST, orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends.
We work very quickly to ship out orders and start processing them once the order is placed. To cancel an order, please call customer service at (855) 831-5643 or send e-mail to service@CurrentElliott.com during business hours as soon as the order has been placed although it’s not guaranteed the order can be cancelled. We are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM EST excluding holidays
Please allow 1 week for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center in Chino, CA, you can expect your return to be processed within 10-14 business days.
What is Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments by Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It's that easy!
Can I use Installments by Afterpay if I'm an international customer?
Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction using Afterpay?
Yes, your bag value must be between $35 and $3,000 to use Afterpay with CurrentElliott. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and CurrentElliott are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.
How do I return an item purchased using Installments by Afterpay?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Please check that your return meets our Return Policy. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

First, check with neighbors and all possible areas that your courier could have left the package (i.e. hiding spots, front desk, mailroom, corridor, back door, etc.) If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us right away at (855) 831-5643. We can start an investigation for your missing package with UPS.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your CurrentElliott.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. CurrentElliott.com will not accept orders that were purchased in Current Elliott stores or other retailers.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
We will take back any damaged/defective item that was purchased from CurrentElliott.com for a refund or send a replacement. Please contact Customer Service as soon as you receive your order so we can help resolve the issue.
Purchases made online can be returned at any Current Elliott store. Current Elliott will gladly ship the merchandise back to our online store for you and you will receive a full refund once it is received. For a list of our stores, please visit the store page.
